Over the years Christian Marchegiani has trained many of Australia's elite athletes and personalities but his passion lies in motivating and helping everyday Australians.

He does this best through his unique training and motivating techniques with a primary focus on boxing for fitness.

The Story so far....

In 2003 Christian arrived at the Penrith Panthers to provide boxing training to a team lingering in last position in the NRL competition. There he met 2 of the most inspirational leaders in Scott Sattler and Paul Watson. One was a player and the other a trainer.

After a string of losses the heads of most players were down and the situation was looking dire. Paul Watson rounded up the boys and made one statement "If you don't like the situation you are in then change your attitude towards the situation".

Three months later Penrith Panthers were playing in their first Grand Final since 1991 and Scott Sattler pulled off one of the greatest tackles in Rugby League to prevent the Roosters from scoring.

Scott Sattler would always say that the extra Boxing sessions he and the others did always helped him focus mentally on the challenge ahead and believes it gave him the edge to compete at the highest level.

In 2004 David Misson from the AFL's Sydney Swans contacted Christian to be a part of their training schedule as they wanted to incorporate specific Boxing training into their sessions.

David Misson a former Australian track and field athlete was instrumental in revolutionising the Swans fitness regime and believed that Boxing would be a good way for the players to focus under fatigue while also improving their co-ordination and reflexes. In 2005 the Sydney Swans went onto winning the AFL Premiership for the first time since 1932.

Also in 2004 the NRL's Wests Tigers contacted Christian to run Boxing Sessions for the team in the hope that it would give them some of the focus and strength that was lacking on the field. One of these sessions was captured on the back page of The Daily Telegraph in the infamous 'Ring Of Fire'.

In 2005 the Wests Tigers went on to win the NRL Grand Final in what is described as one of the greatest fairy tale stories of Rugby League.

Over the years many other athletes have approached Christian in the hope of being able to find that something special to be able to compete amongst the best in Australia such as NSW Cricketer Brad Haddin.

Haddin spent 18 months boxing training with Christian before he was called up to replace Adam Gilchrist as the Australian Wicketkeeper.
