THUMP INDOOR CYCLING
Indoor Cycling classes are a great way to achieve a high intensity workout with little impact on your upper and lower body. It features great music, directions from the instructor and the sound of the spinning bikes.
Indoor Cycling exercise targets specific muscles in your body. It works the quadriceps, hamstrings, hips, calves and even the abs.
Indoor Cycling classes are an excellent way to lose weight as it helps your body burn the maximum amount of calories as it utilises larger muscle groups of the lower body.
It also helps to give your body a great cardio workout, strengthen your muscles and increase endurance levels.
THUMP BOXING
The original Boxing for Fitness Class and still one of the most effective methods to lose weight, tone muscles, and build strength.
Classes involve mainly boxing combinations, cardio drills, and specific boxing exercises. This class is designed for beginner to advanced levels of fitness.
Workout includes using upper and lower body and is great for anyone wanting to increase their cardio vascular fitness and lose those unwanted kilos.
THUMP KICK / BOX CIRCUIT
THUMP Kick / Box Circuit is a class aimed at teaching participants the art of kickboxing and boxing while receiving a great cardio workout as well as increasing muscle tone and endurance throughout your whole body.
A THUMP Kick / Boxing Circuit class will not only have a focus on fitness but you will be taught complex moves such as sidekicks, roundhouse kicks, elbows, and knees. Classes also involve boxing combinations, cardio drills, and specific boxing exercises. This class is designed for beginner to advanced levels of fitness. Excellent stress relief!
THUMP POWER CIRCUIT
Explosive Circuit class involving raw training methods such as body weight exercises, rope drills, power bags, and medicine balls. This class is a combination of Defence Force training as well Police and Rescue drills and is sure to get the adrenalin pumping. All fitness levels welcome to participate in all the fun!
LES MILLS PUMP
BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
BODYPUMP® is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It's a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout.
THUMP TEENAGERS
This is a great active class for teenagers wanting to get fit with their classmates and friends. They will learn the basics of boxing and self defence while releasing all the stress and pressure of high school studies.
Teen classes are run during the school term and are 45 minutes in duration.
THUMP JUNIORS
This is one of the original THUMP BOXING programs designed by THUMP founder Christian Marchegiani. It is tailored for children in years 4, 5, and 6 and has a real emphasis on fun, fitness, and discipline.
There is no contact in this class and both girls and boys are encouraged to participate. Leave the kids with us while you sit and relax in the cafe.
SENIORS
Exercise class aimed at over 55’s that incorporates cardio and strength exercises. Not only will you feel fitter and stronger but you will improve your coordination and balance as well as general self confidence.
THUMP Tri-Fit
THUMP Tri-Fit is a combination of 3 different elements including Cycle, Boxing and Bar Bell exercises. The class is combined to provide a challenging workout using three different exercise types for one complete body workout. Come and join THUMP HQ's latest body training regime.
